It’s situated on a lot that is walking distance to all the amenities that Whatcom Meadows has to offer. The add-a-room features a propane fire place (one of two heating sources). The second source is a propane furnace within the trailer which heats the entire place. In the add-a-room, there’s a beverage/wine fridge and a big screen TV with surround sound. There’s plenty of seating and a valance with integrated LED lighting. The floors are bamboo and incredibly durable. There is built-in daybed in the tip out at the front of the trailer that provides added sleeping area. The kitchen has a full size gas oven (5 burner stove top), full size fridge, microwave hood fan, Bosch dishwasher and a stainless steel sink. The cabinets are built-in and the countertops are granite. There’s a large bar with storage above and below which includes a variety of beverage glasses on a hanging rack. Across from the kitchen is floor to ceiling storage, that includes a lighted pull out pantry. The floors are engineered hardwood. The bathroom is a full bath with a tub/shower, Kohler toilet and a one piece glass sink/counter. The flooring is natural slate with radiant electric heated floors. The back bedroom has a Queen bed and wall mounted TV. The floors are tongue and groove bamboo and are also heated via in-floor electric radiant heat. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan with a light. Outside has a large gazebo with patio lighting and is great for dining in the lesser sunny weather. There are two 100 sq. foot sheds for plenty of storage. The shed at the rear of the lot has a pulldown ladder to access the attic storage area. It also has built in cabinets for storage. The hot tub is surrounded by decking and has a new motor, pump and top side control. It has a 110 volt heater with a two speed motor. There is a steel wood stove on site with a stainless steel heat exchanger that was previously used to assist in heating the hot tub water.
