Sale Includes: This turnkey sale includes the kitchen contents, including dishes, glassware, cutlery, and other household items currently on site. Also included are a trailer port, covered deck, storage shed with tools, wood shed stocked with seasoned firewood, two propane deck heaters (one connected to the main propane tank), a self-owned Wi-Fi router, and a small golf cart shed. A golf cart is available and may be negotiated separately.

Located on sunny E-37, this membership offers a bright and inviting setting. The site features an older 34' fifth-wheel trailer with a front living room, center kitchen with table and four chairs, and a rear bathroom and bedroom. Ideal for two people, the trailer also includes a fold-out couch for additional guests.

The trailer was the deluxe model for its time and features a ceiling fan in the kitchen area, temperature-controlled automatic vent fan, air conditioning, front and rear propane furnaces, and a dual electric/propane water heater. The refrigerator has been upgraded to a frost-free stainless steel model, and the kitchen and bathroom faucets have been replaced. The trailer has been well maintained, stored under cover for most of its life, and has seen very little towing. The floors are solid with no known soft spots.

Telephone and Wi-Fi wiring are already in place. The trailer port and covered deck were built to last and provide excellent outdoor living space. The rear deck leading to the small storage shed requires some plank replacement, and the side fence may require repair or replacement.
